No action is needed for your package shows. As a season ticket holder, you can now purchase package add-ons and submit a seat change request before April 20, 2026. Submit a seat change request →
Seat change requests are available until April 20, 2026. DMPA staff will review requests in May. Later this summer you'll be able to exchange seats for individual performances. Submit a seat change request →
Yes! Monthly or 2-pay interest-free payment plans are available when ordering online, by phone, or at the ticket office. Order by April 30 for 11 monthly payments as low as $48. To change payment details, contact the Ticket Office at 515-246-2322.
Tickets are available through the free DMPA app. Your ticket barcode appears 72 hours before your performance. Download the DMPA app →
Substitutions and exchanges will be available later this summer during the subscriber access window. Substitutions require at least 24 hours notice before the production you're substituting out of. Exchanges must be made at least 2 hours prior. Call 515-246-2322 for assistance.

**Ticket Exchanges: If new tickets are higher priced than original tickets, payment for the difference will be applied at the time of exchange. If new tickets are less expensive the difference will not be refunded to the order. This difference will show as the service fee amount. Exchanges are only available within the same production and are only available on a 1:1 ratio. Exchange fee per ticket will be applied for all single ticket priced exchanges. Additional ticket purchases will need to be done in another order after the exchange. Valet tickets must be exchanged separately. Exchanges can also be made in-person at the Civic Center Ticket Office or by calling (515) 246-2300.
